Brief Introduction

This standard metal plate system applied to wall decoration of buildings is processed and produced strictly according to the drawings of customers to ensure the product accuracy. The back of the plate is provided with reinforcing ribs, and the flange is installed with connecting corner yards. During installation, it is riveted with the embedded keel of the building, and glue is injected at the joints of the plates. This system is one of the most mature schemes in the field of building wall decoration.

Coating Type:

The metal plate surface of standard system can be treated with fluorocarbon coating, powder coating, wood grain thermal transfer printing, fluorocarbon pre-roll coating, electrophoresis, chromization, etc. Different treatment types make the metal plate have different decorative effects and their service life is also different.

The Aluminum Solid Panel is simple to manufacture, mature in process, less in loss in invisible parts and relatively low in cost.

Since this method is outside the base and has no direct connection with the base except for the fixing point of the vertical rod, there is no requirement for surface treatment of the base as long as the rear side is a closed wall. It is convenient for the rapid construction of aluminum curtain wall and reduces the matching construction of other types of work. From the perspective of time, it can speed up the construction progress of the project.
